Fargo RPG’ers

Our group Fargo RPG'ers/Red River RPG'ers was asked to have a suite at our local Sci-Fi/Gaming convention, CoreCon.  Our mission is to bring together geeks, nerds and gamers from all walks of life while giving them a great and comfortable place to stay.

I came up with the notion of having a Suite that brought together all of the various facets of both gaming and nerd culture called 'Gamer's Haven'.

We'll be hosting Cards Against Humanity, Munchkin, and a slew of other great tabletop games.  In addition to this, we'll be serving a pancake breakfast each morning that the Con is running for all participants.  So, with that, I'm requesting some help!

I'm requesting sponsorship or funding for the Suite and for the food that we'll be providing for free to our Con-goers.  If you could spare anything to help to grow and establish the community here in Fargo, all proceeds will be spent on room costs, food, and community-related functions.

If you cannot spare money, perhaps you have some extra dice, miniatures, or old gaming books to donate or lend, it'd be appreciated!

Lastly, I wanted to mention that I would be more than happy to advertise your business if you'd like to contribute to the funding of this project.  I am more than prepared to strategically align your marketing materials in our Suite in order to help drive business and traffic to your organization.
