Family’s unity in danger!

My name is Kara, I'm 15 and my mum is a single mother to both me and my younger brother who's only 7 years old. We have been in a long financial hardship battle for the last two years after losing our family business (retail gift shop) due to the economical turn down. I have witnessed losing all our personal belongings bit by bit (our car, personal jewellery, even my brothers toys and passing Christmas with no presents!) through her selling them to try and raise the funds for debt. But, worst of all, now to witness her losing her mental health and good spirits, she's now taking full-time medication due to depression and is struggling to cope with even the day to day routine of life which puts our family unity in danger. (Us being put into foster care) Normally a very happy and positive person is now suffering in silence whilst avoiding all outside contact. I know if I could give my mum this hope by raising this fund to pay off the immediate debts and to take this financial burden off her shoulders it would give our family the chance to pull together and to open up a way through this financial mess. I decided to take it up on myself to do something about it and to help keep our family together.
