Family of 5 facing severe poverty

We are a loving family consisting of myself (Chuck Worthington) my wife Kristen and our 3 beautiful daughters Cayleigh, Destynee and Annabell. We live in a relativly remote area in the Pocono's where without a vehicle you are literally stranded. Our only car blew the tansmission right before I started my new job, and getting a ride is not an option. Also with not having ANY sort of income, we are facing major poverty if we can not get our vehicle back up and running. This is a huge stab to our pride, however we are stressing more than just the job, as our middle daughter starts kindergarten in 7 weeks, and we can not even get her to the peditrician to be caught up on her immunazations! Please understand this is not something I would ever imagine doing, but for lack of a better term we are desperate and afraid! God Bless.
