Family needs help

Hello, were a family in need, we just relocated to NC, we rented a house that we were unaware needed necessary work done. We rented before viewing. Our mistake. The landlord replaced all plumbing and heat pump before we moved in. Now the heat ducts need replacing. Were cold, the landlord refuses to spend any more money, suggests we move. We don't have anymore money to move. We just spent over 2,000 dollars just to move here. We need moving truck, first month, and a deposit. Needing any help we can get.
