Family in need of a car!

There is a little family that I am feeling led to help out. She reached out to my single parent community in search of employment and it turns out she is also in need of a vehicle. She is very employable but needs reliable transportation. After I spoke with her I went to dinner with a friend who just happened to mention she is selling her 1994 Honda Accord. I told her about this mom in need of a car and she has agreed to sell her Honda for only $400!!! We all know a Honda will get this mom to a job and back home every day until Jesus comes. It's a Honda after all. The remaining $300 would go toward registration, insurance and it will need a new timing belt soon. The car does run perfectly fine though. I'd love to see our community raise enough money to purchase this car for her. I know we have a lot going on in California right now to donate toward so I'll just toss this out to the community and pray. My goal is to keep these families from being forced into a very broken system. If they have wheels, employment, childcare, and a safe roof over their heads their odds of being self sufficient for the long term greatly increase. :)
