family in great need

Hello. My name is Laural. My husband and I have a little girl that will be one year old next month. My husband is on a fixed income because he has a heart condition that does not allow him to work. Our landlord has recently informed us that he is selling the house that we call our home. We don't have near enough money to move and we do not have a vehicle. Anything would greatly help us.
