Family House / starter place fo a business

Well the reason i am doing this is because me and a number of my freinds are leaving School soon and we want our own place where can live, work, have fun and start our own business up thats why we are asking for the large £500,000. The businesses we are currently deciding on is a Clothing Brand, Garage, Home. construction services.
