Family friendly park

My name is Lan, am 20 years old. I live in a small town of about 200 000. I am trying to raise funds to build a park that accommodates everyone in my town mostly teenagers.

My town is densely populated with bars, clubs and taverns. Teenagers spend most of their time here drinking and doing drugs, they don't have anywhere they can hangout and take a load off other than these places. I have a little sister she's only 14 but it has come to a point where she feels like she need to sneak out to go to these places.

Am trying to raise start up money to build a park with an arcade, pools, and skate ramps.Help me keep these kids of the streets and off drugs
