Falsely Incarcerated & Robbed of Civil Rights!!

Hi!! Okay so 2019 started out like a fairy tale, straight out of a storybook with castles & ball gowns & fairy godmothers...I married the love of my life, we kept falling more & more in love & within just over a month after tying the knot, I became pregnant & we were expecting our first baby!! Our story was perfect...or so it seemed.

In March, we decided to make a big move away from our "home" we've known since we both were in middle school & relocate to Texas to plant our roots & raise our family. We stopped in Salt Lake City where my Dad was hospitalized with cancer, waiting stem cell treatment. We didn't know if we'd ever get time with him again after the move, so we stayed a week, making memories & standing by my dads side as he quickly declined. Our final day in Salt Lake, we knew was the last day we'd spend with my Daddy in this life. He passed away 2 days later.

We ended up staying in our "hometown" temporarily to help my mother who was now a widow & put off our new fresh start to help mom navigate through her messy, sad, dark new chapter. Then, a month later, our little prince or princess decided they werent ready to meet us just yet & I miscarried. My husband took it especially hard. I was already depressed from losing my hero & one of my best friends-my dad. But once my husband sunk into a depression from our miscarriage, these newlyweds had some gloomy, sad days. We had finally gotten through most of the dark, ugly depression when summer came & I was trying to get back onto the Texas plan while we were working on getting back into our honeymoon stage mentality.

Then, on a sunny June Saturday morning, in the blink of an eye, our little world got smashed & broken as my nightmare began...our neighbor, a loud mouth with a drinking problem & anger issues attacked us on our porch. My husband protected & defended us but both men walked away from the fight...my husband in hand cuffs & booked without bail...still...over 90 days later! Police believed the erroneous lies of a psychopath with a history of aggravated assaults over the identical, truthful & logical statements we provided. His day in court is slowly approaching but the prosecutors keep dragging their feet (as they have no case) yet somehow they've incarcerated a man acting in self defense on his own property & 3 days after the arrest, they changed his charge from an aggravated assault to a first degree attempted murder!!! Our life has been stolen from us, I have been struggling with horrible depression & anxiety, my finances have been tapped 10 times over & people seem to find it opportune time to try and hustle or take advantage of us now when we need OUR finances etc most. I have lost everything-the neighbor who attacked us then stole & destroyed over half our property because I was scared to go home without my husband & he also put open razor blades in bags of our property. I had video evidence I took to police, they told me it's a "civil matter!" I was literally sliced open by the intentional evil acts of this maniac & cops here do nothing but arrests my husband on heinous charges for defending himself when attacked....

I finally am starting to get back on my feet & have an amazing job offer I cant refuse. It will help us so much as we fight for my husbands freedom, but I have to get reliable transportation. Also we are fighting for his constitutional right to be given bail which he still is not. Any countribution would help as we try to get through this nightmare & get our life & family that was stolen from us so senselessly & cruelly. We just want a happy little life, with each other, a few babies and our happily ever after.
