Falsely Accused

My husband was FALSELY ACCUSED of touching his OWN 15 YEAR OLD child in 2010. She has since admitted that it did not happen, she is now 21 and they say it is too late to do anything, and that we must hire a lawyer. Which does not seem quite fair. He has spent 6 years in prison. He has repeatedly said he didn't do it and has begged for a lie detector test and been refused one. He just wants a chance to clear his name and we have found a lawyer that will take his case and start the appeal. For everything the lawyer said it may take up to $15,000 and we must have have a $5000 retainer to start the case. I am the sole money maker and have a 19 year old and she despretely wants her daddy home, she has had to live without him since 2010. As you all know $5000 is not easy to come up with. Any and all donations are greatly appriciated and it will set a falsely accused man free.
