Campaign Story
As a social worker for 14 years and having turned 65 I was kindly asked about my retirement plans.New ideas, New blood, New creators for my job. I very sadly conceded. Last day, February 13,2015. My daughter died in 2005 and I have helped her 4 children ages 8-18 since then. A divorce after 25 years, he won as he had money so I got none of his pension.
My dream to create Altered Book Journals, Baby Breath Wreaths, Shabby Chic Furniture and more ephemeral items is only hope now. I need to buy much in supplies. I only have small social security to live on. Rent, all the other bills, car with 204,000 miles have to be met. To do this was my dream until divorce. Then I dedicated self to my job and I worked very hard.
I worked all my life to grasp this dream again and now to continue to help support my daughters children, and myself with these creations. I need your help. If you would consider me as a you would your mom, nana, sister who only wants to do good and maintain. Helping me buy all my materials can get you one of my items, custom made for you. I promise to be the best servant of the monies I receive. This is my dream. I only ask because I had planned to work all my life. Life decided to take another road. You are the kindest people to even read my situation. God Bless and thank you for considering to be the " wind beneath my wings".
