Eye surgery needed

I am a 59 year old single mother of a mentally ill man. I only have my current income to rely on which isn't much because South Africa's economy is so poor. I need to have eye surgery to correct a ptosis (droopy eye lid) that resulted from three eye operations to remove pterygiums (skin growing over the eye.) The pterygiums have not returned but I have the droopy eye lid now which is probably worse than having a pterygium. I am desperate to have the surgery but I can't afford it and I'm not on a medical aid. I need to make videos to promote my services and my business on social media, but I am very embarrassed because it doesn't look good. I am able to have the surgery in December because it is a very quiet month in my industry. I feel embarrassed having to ask on this platform, hence my anonymity. The surgery would change my life and my look... therefore my income.
