Campaign Story
On 6th April 2020 Cathay Pacific’s Engineering Team in Singapore lost a dear colleague. Mechanic Richard Mitchell died from a sudden stroke. He was just 56 years young. Richard leaves a wife, 2 sons and 1 daughter. No one will be struggling to come to terms with this more than Richard’s family.
Inspired by what other people have been doing all globally in various states of Covid-19 mandated lockdown, colleagues of Richard at Cathay Pacific here in Singapore will be raising funds for the Mitchell family over the coming days until 1 June. Mindful of the current enhanced ‘Circuit Breaker’ measures in force here in Singapore we will either be running, walking or exercising from home.
We understand that in these trying times there are many causes worthy of support and donations. We’d like you consider this one in loving memory of Richard.
