Ethan surgery

My son Ethan was recently born on September 4. Before this my wife's job ended due to the company downsizing her department to outsource it to a overseas company. We were ok for the time since she was eligible to receive unemployment benefits, but the state informed us when she gives birth she would not be eligible to receive those benefits since she would be medically able to look for jobs. We were not too alarmed about this because I am still working and thought we still be ok. However we are recently informed he needs surgery to correct a birth defect. We have borrowed money from friends and family but we are still short. I only want enough to have the procedure performed. I would be willing to call and personally thank any individual or business who would contribute to help us.
