Entrance fee for college

Hello, i am a South African student and would like your help to fund me to go to college and study IT. It is 6000 dollars to enter the course for a whole year and get a degree, it is this expensive because it includes the whole course for a year, a Laptop, all study material for the year and on campus rooms to stay in, My parents can't support me to go to this college because we have some medical bills and car repairs we need to pay because my mother had a blackout while driving and crashed into a house nearby ours, so we also have to pay to repar the house. I would love to study IT because since i was 7 i told my parents i wanted to study IT and i never wavered, my niece on the otherhand changed her carreer path every wednesday, at the moment she wants to do something with planes, the person that sits in the control room and helps the pilots if im not mistaken, so i am doing this as a last resort to get myself into that college, reaching out to anyone out there who could help me, thank you for your time.
