Endless Fight Againist Lyme- help end 15 yr battle

My name is Chandra Fogal. Since I was 15 I have struggled with many health problems. Many of you are familiar with my health battle over last 15 yrs. I have tried to hide as much of it as I could until last several years. I am in tears as I write this as I dont like to ask for help for myself and my husband as we have always tried to pay as much forward as we can. We are now looking at $60000 of medical debt even after insurance payments however my jaw joint replacement surgery has never been reimbursed to this day and have to accept it probably never will. The funds I am asking for is the funds needed to basically complete the Lyme Disease treatment as most tests and treatments arent covered under insurance since most treatments are not approved by FDA. Also we now know today the Lyme is attacking teeth rapidly and will have to have several procedures done to keep what teeth we can. This is going to cost roughly another $4000. It is important to save as many teeth as possible due to the Total Jaw Joint Replacement surgery I had in March 2012 replacing both joints. Before total joint replacement I had 16 surgeries on my jaw joints leading up to this trying to save them. Looking back it looks like at sometime I fractured my jaw and my oral surgeon and dentist missed this causing large infection that destroyed my joints. I missed 68 days of my senior year due to locked jaw joints. I was unable to complete my college degree due to pain I fought. I have always felt like I had a flu since I was 15 constantly. In 2003 I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I lost my office job shortly after due to pain from jaw joints and overall body pain. Also I started migraines at this time 4 times a week. I have not been able to hold an everyday steady job due to health so I was lucky enough to find farms I could give riding lessons as I could however I fought so much physical pain it finally has even put that to an halt right now. I fought pain everywhere but suddenly in May of this year I started extreme chest pain and developed asthma. I went down hill rapidly. After thousands of dollars of testing I found a Lyme specialist who can test up to 300 strains of Lyme. Finally I tested positive with at least one co-infection at this time. I was tested 15 times for Lyme in last 13years with local test and always negative. Blood markers show I had the disease for over 15 yrs. I thought this would be easy to treat but every case is different and mine is very advanced. At this current time I am pretty much bed ridden. My joints and muscles lock with inflammation. Most days I fight migraines and vertigo. It is often hard to breath as it is fighting the Lyme in my lungs. On my good days I try to keep my joints moving by riding my horse or helping others with their. That is only time I feel free. The main reason I am even asking for these funds is so I can finish this healing path and help others heal. I have my own blog in the works. I want to raise awareness about this devestating mystery disease. Many ask dont you have others to help you? The answer is yes I do but they have exteneded as much as they can but are now battling their own battles. I thank you for your time and any help is greatly appreciated.
