End Stage Renal Disease, Unable to Work, Any Donation Appreciated

towards a rekiable used ses, nMy name is Chris Tate and I am 41 years old and currently living near Sparks, Nevada. I am currently suffering from diabetes, end stage renal kidney disease, diabetic retinopathy and am on oxygen due to fluid retention 24/7. I am unable to work due to all of my medical issues, including being on kidney dialysis, and even though I am attempting to sign up for social security disability at this time, I am in need of assistance sooner rather than later. From 2007 through the end of 2021 I was employed with the State of Nevada in a variety of positions and departments including the University of Nevada, Reno, Aging and Disability Services Division and the Nevada Department of Agriculture. I endured two bouts of COVID at the end of 2021 plus three rounds of COVID-related pneumonia in 2022. I was diagnosed with end stage renal disease and kidney failure at the end of 2022.

I am reaching out to the crowdfunding community in the hopes of earning funds to assist my wife, Jen, in establishing some income for our household expenses, including food, rent, medical bills, my prescriptions and other household needs due to being unable to work myself with my health and oxygen needs. I am attempting to better my situation by establishing myself with Medicare, receiving Medicare insurance and benefits, and getting set up with social security disability. My wife currently works as a server, but we are unable to meet our monthly living expenses and obligations on one income. We need help urgently.

I sincerely and genuinely appreciate any and all donations received on my behalf. It would be a greater relief and blessing to be able to not worry and stress so significantly over money and finances and instead focus upon improving my health and praying for the gift of a new kidney transplant. The gifts of your donations will be utilized to pay for my ongoing medical and living expenses as well as saving towards a reliable used car for my wife as we are only able to utilize my car for transportation as she does not own a car.
