Electric vehicle charging industry is currently a surging, fast growing yet complicated, and newly chartered space that requires diverse capabilities. The U.S. EV charging market is projected to reach nearly $120 billion in 2028.
We have developed a partnership with Amazon and electric vehicle charging infrastructure pioneer Qmerit to design and develop a network of next-generation electric vehicle charging centers across the Great State of Texas. EnCharge Centers, designed as a complete charging destination that totally engages EV drivers by providing amenities to prevent drivers from being restricted to their car while it's charging.

We have created a strategic formula to excel our startup of 22-28 locations in the ev charging space over the next five years. Targeting the top four markets of Texas (Dallas/Ft.Worth, Greater Houston, Austin Metro, and Austin) through managing costs by:
- leasing vacant former bank branch properties to repurpose into ev charging centers
- partnering with industry manufactures

We are utilizing digital technology, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to gain understanding of EV drivers charging trends and consumer behavior while on location. This collected data help optimize our energy management systems, improve drivers’ engagement and experience while efficiently operating center locations.
Our strategic relationships with Tesla and ChargePoint aiding us in developing a platform to position us as future leaders in assisting with reducing carbon emissions.
Over the last several months our team has accumulated hundreds of hours of electric vehicle charging and technology research. We have reviewed multiple municipalities' infrastructure deployment plan, viewed hours of insider’s content, attended most U.S. Departments' of Energy/Transportation live information webinars, visit charger manufactures facility to meet with industry executives, even attended several industry trade shows. Accumulating a mass of industry data and information.
