Empowering Soldiers One At A Time

Hi, My name is Candes and a very close friend of mine name David which is in the military is going through a legal case. In today’s military "Sexual Assault & Abusive Sexual Contact" has become the big topic. I will start by saying yes, I do believe that there are victims of these topics but there are also Soldiers and Civilians etc that are using these topics to their advantage knowing that there is no truth to their false allegations. They are destroying people careers and making a mockery of the UCMJ! In today’s climate the victim is automatically seen as being innocent and the defendant is automatically the bad guy/girl with no or very little real proof. My friends have had their life placed into this situation and it is virtually unreal what they are going through to clear their name. Their integrity, values and morals are deeply questioned. They have children and they are a loving and caring family who does not deserve to be treated this way. The pain it has caused their family and children is just unimaginable and in the end there is nothing that can be done to the victim for filing false complaints. The Government will move them basically where they want to go and accommodate each and every request that they may have because they are allegedly a victim while the one accused sit and worry about their career while spending thousands and thousands of dollars to prepare for a good legal defense. There has got to be a better way than this! I am seeking financial support/help to cover Attorney fees for his defense. I know you all don't know them or me but please take the time to take a chance on helping them. If you are hesitant to help I can provide you with the lawyers contact information so that it can be verified first. This allegation has left their family in total distress and disbelief and financially strapped. Under the UCMJ laws I am unable to give any personal information that pertains to the case because it's still an open case. Please trust and believe there will be a time when I can share their information and give a praise report. Please take a leap of faith and help with aiding in their financial struggle.
