This project empowers indigenous women in Ndagaa by offering business skills training to help them build their own traditional micro-enterprises. They have experienced many economic puzzle, In this rural area mostly women of Ndagaa are uneducated, socially and economically weaker and dropout from the school. This kind of rural women is mostly depending upon their husband or fathers for their needs. The poor and rural people included farmers dropout women's girls. Agriculture is also zero due lack of market and poor farming skills. Currently live in the region with the highest percentage of unemployment. With your support, we can improve the quality of life for 7 selected families as our pilot project in the area as we go will invite more members to join , you will help us to reduce economic violence, and boost local economic development.

95% of Ndagaa indigenous women and youths only have access to informal, poorly paid daily jobs. These economic crises have resulted in social and psychological breakdowns, there is a sign showing young people consuming drugs as a solution to forget about problems they have due to poor economic in the area.

Our goal is to have more women with healthy finances and more cooperatives with decent work in connection to tourism , farm to table and market for agricultural produces.

The purpose is to increase confidence, bond between themselves, social awareness, understanding and leadership qualities among women and young people. development Skills, resources enhancement and improvement of their living standard and income are crucial parts to be able to eradicate the poverty. Farm to table business is the key of all activities in the area.
