Campaign Story
Hello! On the 20th of June I'll be flying out to spend a month in Sri Lanka to volunteer in Ambalangoda, one of the worst hit coastal towns when the Tsunami struck in 2004. During that time I'll be working within the community on building and renovation projects in local hospitals, schools, orphanages and Buddhist temples. I will also spend time helping to teach English in schools and orphanges.
I aim to raise £200 to buy building resources for the projects whilst I'm out there. I also hope to provide, toys, books, clothes, and gifts for the children of the town who are still suffering from the aftermath of the tsunami.
Any donation big or small would be greatly appreciated.
All of the money raised will be going towards resources.
