Elective Midwifery Placement

We are 3 students (Stevie, Shelley and Gemma) from Anglia Ruskin University hoping to do an elective placement overseas at the end of our degree (2016). To do this we need to raise the money to go. We have set up this page in order to raise awareness of the maternity care and its impact on women and families all over the world. By going on the placement, we will be able to witness these issues for ourselves and therefore highlight and raise awareness for these countries and for the women who die everyday because they don't receive the most basic care.

We would appreciate any fund raising ideas or donations to our cause.
