Walk Across America-Eldavido For Children Hospital

Hello everyone! Help me to reach my goal of 5$ for each km I will be walking. The part of money raised will go towards an organization that supports Heim Pál Children's Hospital Foundation for Development in their.

My name is David Nagy. I was born in Hungary. I am 25 years old man who will walk across America from New York to Los Angeles. Only 39 people in the world have accomplishd this, and I will be the first Hungarian!

• Why do I want to do this? First of all it is a very good challenge for me. On the other hand I would like to do some charity, too. Since I got astma when I was 1 year old been cured at the Heim Pál Children's Hospital many times, I decided to do a charity as well, so I would like to donate to the Heim Pál Children's Hospital in Hungary to say thank you for their work . So it means I am going to walk for them as well. This trip is going to teach me a lot and I believe in that I can help others and can be a motivation for others as well.

• The Distance. Each day I would like to walk approximately 30-40 km. It takes like between 11 and 14 hours on foot. I will do this trip across 11 states and around 80 cities. I will start my trip in New York from the World Trade Center Memorial Park and will finish this trip in Santa Monica, Los Angeles, so from the East coast to the West coast. The whole trip is around 5100 km. My plan is to accomplish this adventure in around six months.

• I'm going through these big cities: New York, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles
