Education fund

Individuals who seek higher education are sometimes overwhelmed with debt, yet ignorance would have been far more expensive. I am unfortunately one of those whom has buried himself in debt due to his pursuit of higher education; $27,000 in debt to be precise, and this prevents me from continuing my studies in the fascinating field of Education technology.  

I studied languages and literature at college. Then I went into the field of education at university (B. Ed). In both instances I graduated with honours. I was in the middle of the pursuit of my Masters degree in Education Technology (M.Ed) until my financial circumstances made it in such a way that I could not continue. My Master’s thesis was going to be about cognition and its influence on e-learning. The objective would be to identify the cognitive strategies used by most learners while using e-learning platforms, thus, designing an e-learning platform according to recognized employed cognitive strategies. I am also very interested in investigating new technologies and scientific discoveries and their potential benefits and use in education technology.

I firmly believe that Education technology is the only way to make our present education system far more efficient. It is also the only way in which the world can have an education system that is capable to be inexpensive, of high quality, and universal. I believe that any investment in education technology will result a variety of innovations in many fields of study.

However, I fear that neither this research, nor any of the many other future research ideas that I have, will ever happen, unless I am able to convince you to invest in me and my vision.
