Early leave fund

We have another baby on the way, due in 2 months. We had been looking at moving to a more suitable home and really like the area we live in. The house next door to us has come up for rent and we would like to move, however our Landlord would like an early release fee from our contract in order to move out and rent elsewhere sooner.

Our home is small and dark, confined and has no garden.

We have a son age 2 with now another boy on the way and would love a bigger home and garden. Next door is 3 bed, spacious and has a courtyard /garden area. We like it very much.

With my husband having learning disabilities and being so close to the due date of our next child, a move so close would be perfect in helping with what can be a stressful change of environment.

We ask friends and family to please help and support the cost of our early release fee to make the move successful.

We live on government benefits and have little finances to support a move alone.

Donations will be sincerely received, as they will help in a much needed change of circumstances that would benefit the whole of our family.
