Family passionate about nature conservation need help. Life happened and now the family is in need for funding. With covid and other factors, a small businessman has lost all forms of income, relying on donations and small fees charged when asked to go catch a snake or other critter visiting people in their homes. Unfortunately, most of the call outs only cover the petrol costs as Grant a local Snake catcher living in Durban South Africa relies on this to support his family and his rescue Centre (Durban South Snake Rescue). The whole family are involved in taking one day at a time helping nature. Running a local snake rescue and rehabilitation center from home, Grant is trying to be able to educate and teach everyone about snakes, other critters and the importance of nature conservation. As many species of snakes are dying out and are needed in the eco system. His daughter often going on catches bragging with a female Boom Slang caught in her back garden with the dream of becoming a vet in the near future. Grants son loves monitor lizards and mom having a passion for cats, birds and other animals. With no place to live from the end November the struggle is real, and funds are needed to rent a premises where the rescues can also go with the family. Not only helping animals Grant would like to help with feeding schemes for the community as well. Desperately needing funding to rent a new premises and not ending up on the street. Hopefully being able to purchase a place they can call their own with not worring about rent not being able to be paid
