Driving me SUICIDAL! Surgery for my Gynecomastia.

My gynecomastia is driving me suicidal. I have been hiding my body for years for the shame of my chest. I cannot take off my shirts without my friends and people laughing about the size of my nipples, Gynecomastia is a layer of fat tissue underneath of nipples and areola that make me look like I have woman breasts. I have searched from general medical treatments, to wearing large shirts or working out my chest none of those worked. The only solution is to undergo a surgery and to extract the fat and reduce the size of my nipples. As I cannot afford it due to family econominal reasons, savings and your help are my only way to be free forever from my problem. Thank you
