Campaign Story
Hello, my name is Kimberly Davis and I am a student at Eielson High School on Eielson AFB, AK. Not only am I a student, but I am also an athlete; I play softball and the sport has become my whole world. Softball has been a big part of my life for the past 8 1/2 years. I've decided to take my passion and run with it all the way to college but in order to get there I have to get over the multiple obstacles that are involved in being recruited all the way from Alaska. This is where I need your help: I have the opportunity to go down to Nevada and play in a showcase in front of 40 large college scouts, but the price to travel down there is not cheap at all.
Would you like to donate to my big dream? Your donation will be going toward the plane tickets that will get me down there and a small portion of the registration fee to play in front of those 40 college scouts. You can donate whatever you would like, it could be a dollar or two, every single cent that is donated helps me get that much closer to achieving my dream.
Here is a link to the showcase website just in case you are skeptical: http://showballsoftball.com/
