Dream become reality!?

Engaged couple is dreaming to open small restaurant and guesthouse in North part of Iceland. This country brought as together and our adorable daughter was born here. Its our wish now to give something back and do something what we are really passionate about. We love food, traditions and we would love to combine different kitchen cultures and use as much as we can local ingredients. Chef with more then 20 years of experience in the kitchen and educated waiter with more then 15 years of experience in hospitality are tired to work for somebody else and are full of new ideas and wish to do something for themselves, but unfortunately do not have time and money. We have knowledge and desire but lack of resources.
