Down payment for a home

I'm Elizabeth, I have been living in a three bedroom trailer with my mother and four brothers for seventeen years. I just got my own bedroom last year when one of my brothers moved out. This trailer is old and worn out, hot summers and cold winters in this trailer every year literally. We are struggling badly,everyone in this trailer especially with food. I also have two daughters (ages 2 and 3) I want give them the things a couldn't have when I was a kid. Lucky for me,I just got a job a few days ago to get my kids and I out this struggle.

I need a down payment for this nice three bedroom home ( the picture above) with cheap rent between $400-$500. I would love to get me my kids out this trailer, I will make sure they have everything they need and want. I been struggling before my kids were born , I'm ready to leave this trailer and start all over and do it right.
