Donation for Crocheted Goods

My friend, Tammy, is a single mother with two children. Through a series of unfortunate events, Tammy has been left in a very bad place.

In April a man she was seeing stole her car, which led to the loss of her job and the loss of her home. All of the belongings she had in the home were also lost.

Tammy and her children were homeless. Since then she has found a job and a home for her and her children. But she is still without a vehicle and has minimal furniture in the home.

To make matters worse, her mother, who lives 3 hours away is dying of brain cancer and Tammy has no way of spending any time with her mother, who now is being taken care of by hospice.

Tammy has always had it all together and has taken care of her children since day one, alone. She and the children have volunteered at both food pantries and battered womens shelters. She has never complained nor has asked anyone for help.

Now in her time of need  it is time to give back.

I am a skilled crocheter, and in exchange for a donation of $20 or more to help Tammy rebuild her life, I would make you a scarf or hat in the colors of your choice and provide shipping. (Please see pictures)
