Dog need an emergency assistance

We picked this boy up last week. He was hit by car. He has a very deep wound on his leg. The dog is in poor condition, almost does not move! In the evening of the same day we took him to the clinic.

The survey found that in addition to the dog's paw injuries he has broken ribs and possibly damage of internal organs. Doggie has a weak breathing. He is not eating and almost not drinking. The doctor says that it is not normal, even considering the injuries that he received. There is a suspicion that he might have a blood infection. Probably, the infection came from a wound on the leg.

The dog needs several surgery. We will also need to urgently clean up his blood with the help of lengthy procedures and expensive antibiotics.

I really want to help the doggie. But, unfortunately, I can not gain the necessary amount of money alone. Therefore, I will be glad and grateful for any help!
