Campaign Story
Hi everyone, thank you for taking the time to read this post. I have been wanting to get a dog for years and it was only recently that my parents finally agreed to me having a dog. I would love to adopt a dog from a shelter and it would be great if you could fund me into having my first dog! I will be taking on a part-time job in order to maintain the dog but I really need help in the initial funding on adopting one home.
Here is the breakdown of the costs:
Adoption cost: $200-400
Vaccines: $50
Microchip: $50-$80
Deworming: $50-$80
Sterilisation: $150-$220
Vet care: $200
Dog License: $50 (compulsory in Singapore for all dog owners)
Pet Food, Toys and Bed: $700 (1 year's supply)
Total cost: Approx SGD $1,500
