Disabled Diabetic Man Needs Help

Dear Friends, I am a disabled diabetic man that needs your help. I've been a diabetic now for 24 yrs. As many of you are aware of, medicare does not cover the cost of alot of my medical expenses. My insulin alone cost me 82.00 a month. I am unable to pay for eye exam co-payments and the laser treatments to stop the bleeding in my eyes. Much needed dental work has been out of the question because I don't have the ability to pay. The list goes on and on. I also need to buy a dependable car for my doctor's appointments.
