Disabled daughter needs help

My daughter is 24. She has had some legal issues. My daughter has a disorder called TSC which is Tuberous sclerosis complex. She has epilepsy and issues with other things associated with it. She has severe anxiety and depression. Along with this disorder she has anger issues. My daughter is in jail and I am afraid she will not get the treatment she needs. There is no cure. She has tumors are tubors in her major organs. One bug tumor in her brain which causes her to not think right and make rational decisions. My daughter is smart so people don't see her as being disabled. I was once told by a judge that he never heard of this disorder and called me a lier. I'm am truly scared for my daughter. She truly needs a good attorney on her side who will fight for her. Public defender never helped her right. My daughter will not get the correct treatment she needs in county jail nor in prison and they are talking about putting her in prison. I'm begging for help to save my daughter.
