Disabled and need your help to save my house

I am a disabled person who desperately want to save his house!

I was an Automotive Tech until about 9 years ago. My then wife and I was taking care of one of her friends who was diagnosed with terminal colon cancer. He wanted to pass away in his own house. While taking care of him, I suffered from a permanent back injury, I was also diagnosed with Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy, which effects my muscles. I have to have an EKG and ultrasound on my heart every year.

We purchased the house and I had several improvements to it like a new roof, plumbing and much more.

My wife left me and without her I can't afford to make my mortgage on my own, I have no place to go, all my doctors and specialist are here and I have good health care and 2 daughter that are local I need to be here for. I'm just now recovering fro a MCL repair surgery and will need another back surgery soon.

To date I have had these surgeries; hernia, carpel tunnel on both hands, 2 back surgeries, knee replacement, shoulder surgery and my recent MCL repair.

Please Help me!
