Tu ce poti sa faci ca sa ajuti un copil?

Liga Studentilor din Timisoara organizeaza in aceasta primavara actiunea de caritate "Rasarit-a primavara" cu scopul de a ajuta doi copii depistati cu o forma grava de cancer - leucemie limfoblastica cu celule T, Narcis si Andrei.

• Narcis este in tratament de trei ani, cu pauze de cateva saptamani/luni. Acum, face transplant de maduva osoasa, aceasta fiind o procedura complicata si riscanta. Pe langa partea medicala, situatia financiara a familiei este una precara, uneori neavand bani nici pentru transport pana la Timisoara pentru internare, ei fiind din judetul Mehedinti.
• Andrei a inceput de curand tratamentul pentru leucemie, care este foarte agresiv. El provine dintr-o familie extrem de saraca, cu inca doi frati. Familia locuieste in conditii foarte grele, astfel ca obtinerea de bani pentru tratament este o adevarata provocare pentru ei.
  

Narcis si Andrei au suferit foarte mult, si familiile lor la fel, iar orice suma de bani le-ar fi de un real ajutor.

Actiunea consta in desfasurarea a trei ateliere de creatie pentru copii (modelare in lut, iconografie si pictura) care se vor finaliza cu o expozitie a lucrarilor si vanzarea acestora. Toti banii stransi in urma acestor ateliere urmeaza a fi donati familiilor celor doi copii pentru a-i sprijini cu cheltuielile costisitoare ale tratamentelor si pentru a le oferi putin confort material in aceasta perioada greu incercata de ei.

In vederea celor mentionate, este nevoie de bani atat pentru familiile celor doi copii, cat si pentru materialele de lucru ce urmeaza a fi utilizate in atelierele de creatie (rame, pensule, vopsele, lut etc.).

Donatiile efectuate vor fi folosite exclusiv pentru ajutorarea copiilor, Narcis si Andrei, cat si pentru realizarea cu succes a atelierelor pentru strangerea de fonduri.

What can you do to help a child?

This spring, Liga Studentilor din Timisoara organizes the charity action "Rasarit-a primavara" (Spring has risen) with the purpose of helping two children suffering from a severe form of cancer - lymphoblastic leukemia with T cells.

• Narcis has been in treatment for two years already, with breaks no longer than a few weeks / months. Now, he has a bone marrow transplant, which is a complicated and risky procedure. Besides the medical part, the financial situation of the family is a precarious one, meaning that sometimes they do not even have money for transport to Timisoara for hospitalization, the family living in Mehedinti County.
• Andrei has recently started the treatment for leukemia, which is very aggressive. He comes from an extremely poor family, with two more brothers. His family lives in very difficult conditions and obtaining money for Andrei's treatment is a really challenge for them.

Both children have suffered a lot and so did their families, and any amount of money would be a real help to them.

The action consists of conducting three creative workshops for children (clay modeling, painting, iconography) which will conclude with an exhibition of the children's works and their sale. All the money raised from these workshops will be donated to the families of the two children to support them with the huge expenses of the treatments and to offer them a little material comfort during this difficult period.

Regarding those mentioned earlier, money is needed both for the families of the two children and for the work materials to be used in the workshops (i.e. frames, brushes, paints, clay).

The donations made will be exclusively used to help the children, Narcis and Andrei, as well as for the successful realization of the fundraising workshops.
