bulletproof ,fireproof and eco- friendly homes using 2 litre plastic bottles. Using mud or cement as a strong hold or stablezier...

As we know the 21st century is a fast moving technology based era.

Yet to date, today we still faced with a global scale of a housing crisis. The US along with various other countries discards 130 millions plastic bottles per day. So I thought , I saw a article about an NGO Organisation, Building bulletpeoof ,fireproof and eco- friendly homes using 2 litre plastic bottles. Using mud or cement as a strong hold or stablezier.

These homes are so eco-friendly that they can withstand earthquakes , they also maintain a comfortable temperature all year round and produces zero carbon emissions can be powered by electronic circuit , solar panels, and methane gas from recycled waste.

The idea founded by NGO group Devopment Association for Renewable Energies (DARE) Trust that this project could be problem solving toward two problems at once by addressing the homeless Issues and help the environmental issues in the 21st century.

In addition to being ideal for the homeless and environmental issues , it's cost next to minimum as well as being job creating and getting community involvement on global scale.

To create a two bedroom plastic bottle home community members and co-workers fill 2 litre bottles with sand , use cement or mud to hold them together. This forms a stronger solid wall the than ordinary cinder blocks. The buildings can be built up to about three stories high but no higher due to weight of the sand filled bottles .The average two bedroom home requires about 14 000 - 15 000 thousand bottles to be completed.
