I decided to write my own self-help/inspirational book called Depression won't beat me & How to look young being a Mum, for several reasons really. I have suffered from depression for many years due to a very unsettling and unhappy upbringing from birth. I have given professional help a try but I have discovered that I am the one, which is able to understand my depression and make the necessary positive steps forward.

Depression won’t beat me!

I am writing about depression from a personal experience

I want to break the stigma surrounding mental health issues

To help silent suffers of depression know they are not alone

A simple and practical guide book that offers realistic approaches to everyday people

To help my children understand depression and how it effects their mother

How to look young being a Mum

I do look many years younger than my age and not a mother of four children

People from all walks are amazed at how young I look at my age

I am asked what my secrets are to putting a pause on the hands of time

To offer guidance to maintaining a healthy mind, body and soul

To educate others that beauty starts from within

To help others learn to love themselves unconditionally

To learn to love the life we are living and to start to really LIVE!
