Debt and Depression

I was in an abusive relationship where is where my depression worsened. I spent money to make me happy and distract myself from the things I was going through and got myself in to debt.

I am slowly trudging my way through it, but I now just need to get on with my life and save for the important things in my future.

Your help would be the most appreciated thing in the world.
