Dear Friend in need

This campaign is to help a dear friend. His nickname is Mr
Chunkroc. MrChunkroc has been suffering from major illnesses caused by side effects after taking a medicine as a teenager. Due to multiple surgeries and a heart attack this past November he has medical equipment cause his utility bill to be higher than normal. MrChunk's disability is not enough to cover all his needs at this time. Please help a kind and gentle man. A man that would give you the shirt off his back if he could.
