Dear devotees, friends and well-wishers of ISKCON Zagreb New Jaladuta temple!

- On July 19th, 2023, a terrible storm blew the roof off the Zagreb temple.

- The damage is huge.

- Walls and floors and all furniture on 2nd floor were almost completely destroyed, and those on the 1st floor partially.

- Electrical installations were also damaged.

- Many immediately came to help.

- A strong tarpaulin that the devotees put up the very next day after the disaster is in the function of the roof.

- Unfortunately, due to frequent and long rains, it is impossible to stop the leakage completely, which creates new damages every day.

- The good news is that donations are coming from all over the world, for which we are very grateful to all of you.

- Another good news is that we are among the first in the queue at the roofer.

- The contractor is a company specialized in installing roofs.

- Supervision will be performed by an independent architectural engineer, which is a mandatory legal practice and quality guarantee.

- The blueprint for the future roof and supporting structure of beams and rafters has already been drawn up.

- The roof solution is called "Gerard" and according to many experts, it is the best and most reliable solution for our situation, but also the most expensive.

- That's why, from the bottom of our hearts, we ask you, if you are able, to continue paying your valuable donations, because at this moment even the smallest amount is golden.

- Although the response is exceptional, we still do not have the necessary funds.

- Regular programs, worship of Sri Sri Gaura Nitai and sankirtana take place regularly and without compromise.

- Thank you so much for everything you have done for the temple so far and thank you for what you continue to do!
