Three years ago i baked my first fondant cake from scratch.I threw myself in the deep end & decided to give this whole baking thing a chance.
My name is Nonhlanhla Langa im the owner of Cakes by "TT".Im a self-taught home baker working from my little kitchen.My passion is wedding cakes.Making them takes me to a whole different place mentally and spiritually.Looking back at my first cake 3 years ago i can see the growth
I want to take my passion to the next level.Culinary school is my new goal,I want to be a pastry chef.I believe a pastry chef qualification will give my business that competitive edge to stand out from other home bakers.
After obtaining my qualification I want to share my skills with unemployed women from different townships.I want to run free workshops were I empower them with baking and business skills.
