Critically injured cat’s MRI scan

Hi everyone. I need a lot of help. My cat, tuna fell from my house balcony on the 8th floor and landed on the first floor. Despite us meshing it up, there was a small risky spot that we were unable to mesh and he was smart enough to climb through it. He slipped out on midnight and we only found him the next day. Thankfully he is still alive but was in critical condition yesterday. We immediately sent him to the vet and they monitored him closely. He have a broken spine bone and probably a few fractures on his leg. His vitals were really bad yesterday and was on oxygen cage till 11pm last night. Thankfully he managed to pull through and today he looks a lot better and he is breathing normally by himself. However the sad news is, he is now unable to move his legs Nor pee and poo by himself. Doctors and specialist suspect that his spinal cord nerves have been cut off at his spine fracture. But there's a small possibility that his nerves might be pinched too. If the spinal cord nerves have been cut off, his chances of recovery even with surgery is only 5-10% chance but if his nerves are pinched, his chances of recovery would be a lot higher. Doctors suggests that we put him to sleep as the possibility of him leading a good life in the future is really Low. But my family and I are not ready to give him up without affirmation yet.

So our only hope now is that it is a nerve pinch and he could pee and poo properly if we shift the bone back. And the only way we can find out if it's a pinched nerve or if it have been cut off is by doing a MRI scan. To our misfortune, there's only a couple of places with MRI scanners and one of their machine is down and the other clinic, the specialist isn't in Singapore at this moment.

Also, MRI scans and the surgery do not come in cheap and we are in need of that sum of money and we do not know what to do.

Please I really do need suggestions and help as this cat is really precious to our family.
