Creative Graficus Business start up

I am a graphic design and i do all my services at home with a very slow computer and pirated softwares. I would like to have my own design and print shop by the end of this year. Have been trying to raise funds by doing graphic design services to client but most of them do not trust me because am running a business from a bachelor apartment wich is very small and suffy. Would like to rent an office space to gain mopre client and expand my business.
