Community Sounds Promising

I (23) had recently started an independent music recording company and registered it and named it ELevate Music Group. The main purpose is to elevate East London artists from all corners of the city, mostly Duncan Village, and I believe that it will be one of the biggest music companies, not just in Eastern Cape, but in South Africa as well, so that East London can also be recognised as one of the most talented cities in the country amongst Johannesburg , Pretoria and Durban. The main aim was to start a project that would help keep our youth and future generation intact by keeping them off the streets and cut-down a large percentage of drug abuse and unemployment in the community through music. I would like to see our city leaders believe in the upcoming youth and East London, especially in a time where youth music dominates the industry. Some of these kids do not grow up to be what they always wanted to be because of impediments like drugs and blinding poverty and therehence feel the need to engage in criminal and gang-related activities. Most Duncan Village youth have the talent and the vision to become successful musicians as a career alternative but lack the financial drive to pursue their dreams, as East London does not have adequate resources to help the duncan village youth beat its circumstance of perpetual poverty. Besides, not everyone has a mindset of succeeding through a degree and a qualification-related job in a city of little-to-no work opportunity and high unemployment rate. I am currently still building this dream as I had just got new studio equipment. However I, too, am currently unemployed and I cannot afford to pay for the full amount of building the studio by myself. I have found volunteers to help produce (compose and engineer) the artist's work. Please help me build my vision and the future of my township's youth by donating a small amount towards a microphone and soundcard that is needed to complete the studio. It is a Rode Nt1 microphone. One day I'd like to see this as more than just a studio but a music group that offers job opportunities as well, hence the name. Let's start today. Thank you
