College Expenses

Introduction
Hello everyone, my name is Brenden Martins. I'm 19 years old and am currently attending PBSC. The reason I'm making this fundraiser is because I applied for Financial Aid and after waiting for the processing to be done, was never awarded money. Now I need someway to be able to pay for my college expenses.

Why I'm doing this...
So that I do not bore you with a long, complicated story, I'll try to explain in as little words as possible. I applied for FAFSA to help pay for my education. Unfortunately, I was only eligible for loans, not grants. After finishing the application and awaiting the awards from them, I ended up having to pay out of pocket for my classes. $300 per credit. I was told by the online help service they offer, I would be reimbursed afterwards. This was not the case however. I checked my awards to see if I was given the money I told i'd be receiving to help me pay for college. Unfortunately it was to no avail. So I had to pay out of pocket for my classes (on very short notice) and now I have to pay for books on top of all other expenses I have. I've tried contacting my Financial Aid Adviser, once again to no avail. I was just met with things I already know or being told basically I'm SOL. :

Conclusion
Now I know that there are many sponser worthy causes out there, but I just  really don't want to have to drop my classes because of lack of money for books and other expenses. And unfortunately, my job is on the off season so there is no money to be mad at the moment.
