coin-operated laundromat

I am starting this laundromat business because this was also my mother's dream before she passed away. i want the laundromat to be comfortable and a fun environment for customers to enjoy. i have few ideas but with the right i can make my dream come true and i hope my mother can be proud of me. the reason i am interested in this industry because there is a trend going on in renewing dingy, unsafe, boring laundromats. Every employer is trying to make it comfortable and attarctive for customers. In my laundromat, i want to include snack bars, a palce to leave and pick up dry cleaning, and video games. I want my customers to be current with the new method of payments using swipe cards instead of coins. I want to employ attendants to keep an eye on the store and help customers use he equipments. I beleive there is always room for new laundry owners, so my plan is to purchase with the fund i am getting here if it's possible an existing laundry and renovting it.
