Raising Funds and Awareness for a Father, a Son, a Veteran

Hi, my name is Terri, first I would like to Thank everyone who has taken the time to visit this campaign to raise funds as well as awareness. My son Cody is a disabled veteran with 6 years of service. Since exiting the military he became a father and has dedicated his life to his children. Last year he took a trip to Alaska with two of his close friends. This trip has since impacted his life in a larger way then ever thought possible and in none of the reasons it should. Almost an entire year later he is now being faced with wrongful charges of assault. He has done everything he can to provide enough support for his two children Lincoln and Avery and their mother Dannie. As well as support the family we are trying to raise funds to provide Cody with good legal council who will be able to spotlight the discrepancies in this case to prove his innocence.

This has been an earth shattering time that has caused sorrow beyond anything I thought possible. I have created this page to help my son and his family. To pay legal fees as well as help his children. As a mother you will do everything you can for your children but this is bigger than what I can do alone.

All donations will go to providing care for my grandchildren and paying legal fees. I hope to create a fundraiser raising awareness of wrongful accusations that many have faced and to help the families that have experienced this devastation. Thank you and God bless.
