Please Help Zimbabwean man retire into Farming

My name is Collen Makumbirofa, I am a Zimbabwean human rights Journalist who campaigned against the late President Mugabe's atrocities.

In the course of my human rights activities I have been harassed, arrested, attacked and received many death threats. As the world goes from bad to worse with too many uncertainties, I am being compelled now to help out my poverty-stricken and suffering people in Zimbabwe. Poverty and impoverishment is causing immense harm to our ability to survive on a day-to-day basis.

People are actually starving in their small dwelling places and towns and the children are crying for milk and food.For us all to survive, and do my part, I now need to retire to farming life to help my family survive and also grow and cultivate vegetables and animal products that will also help sustain the community at large. I would like to both donate and sell the products to whoever can afford so as to keep the farm going that will help us all.I would like to encourage a healthy, vegetarian diet in the community by growing vegetables and fruits, and the protein source will be derived from eggs, milk, cheese, yogurt and healthy butter.I would like to put my farming skills in practice from my earlier days where I did study Agriculture.

I have a great passion for the human welfare as I reported on injustices on both black and white people. We are afterall, a Human family, beyond any skin color, religion, ethnicity and even politics. We all just want to live together in peace, in a humane and respectful way, in harmony with the Earth, and also be the best that we can be and to help each other along the way. I am appealing for contributions, financial donations from the public. When I have received the help I need, and as the farm develops, I will be sending each and every supporter pictures of the Layers Chicken Project, Dairy Cows, and Vegetables I will be growing. It will all be on a humane farming basis, and in harmony with the Earth—no chemicals nor fertilizers. It is important to get back to Nature in a way that harms nothing and helps all.Your support is something great that will make a difference and transform the lives of Zimbabweans.

I would like compassion, humanity, kindness for each other, and respect for the Earth and Nature to be our next global experience together—the American Founders had an Ideal of Life, Liberty and Happiness which I believe is something that we Human beings should all strive for through our hearts and make it real as simply One Human race and Family pulling together—against all odds. Being the beings we are innately with great spirit and potential, we can still draw from Robert F. Kennedy: “Some men see things as they are, and ask why.
